I paid but haven't received the activation email.

Check spam/junk and promotions folders first. If still missing after 5-10 minutes, contact support with your Paddle transaction ID.

Where do I find my transaction ID?

Use the code starting with txn_ from Paddle receipt email, or copy it from this page when available.

I entered txn_... but activation failed.

Make sure you are using the full transaction ID and that payment status is completed. Then retry in Angelscribe upgrade page.
